  1. ASX traders should consider moving from trading small cap shares with low liquidity to highly liquid index futures. A stock market index future is a cash-settled tradable financial instrument based on the value of a particular stock market index, such as the ASX 200 or Hang Seng.

  2. It is possible with the correct strategy, to trade index futures intra-day eliminating over-night risk. You should find it easier to close your positions trading index futures compared to many tradable small cap shares.
